We're looking for a hands-on creative who thrives on doing the work, not just developing the strategy. Someone who can take an idea from concept to creation to publication, helping build the voice and audience of an exciting new Philadelphia cultural and entertainment destination.

The ideal candidate loves making things, not just planning them. Someone who can find stories, shoot photos and video, write, edit, publish, and engage with audiences independently.

We're especially interested in people with backgrounds in independent media, small newsrooms, YouTube, podcasting, or running their own social media channels.

We value curiosity, editorial instincts, creativity, initiative, and demonstrated output over corporate marketing experience or impressive job titles.

You'll have considerable creative freedom, real ownership of your work, and the authority to hit "Publish."

Pay TBD based on experience and scope.
