ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm Attia Qureshi — a negotiation expert, keynote speaker, and the author of Never Settle. AQ Consulting LLC is the company behind that work: the book, the Archetype Quiz, and a growing body of teaching for academic and executive audiences. It sits alongside the existing canon in negotiation and leadership, not against it.

I'm hiring an intern to run the day-to-day of my content presence — to turn talks, essays, and half-formed ideas into a steady drumbeat of posts and emails that land with the right readers. You'll work directly with me. Real ownership, fast feedback, your fingerprints on everything that goes out.

WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER EACH WEEK

Instagram — 5 posts. Carousels, quote cards, Reels, stories. Repurposing long-form (talks, writing, podcasts) into native short-form. Replies, DMs, comments — the community side, not just the broadcast side.

LinkedIn — 2 native posts, plus 2 cross-posts repurposed from that week's Instagram. Native posts skew toward carousels, and short video for executive and academic readers. Light, intelligent engagement in the comments of people doing interesting work. Post should be light and engaging, written content in bullets or lists.

Youtube and Tiktok and Reddit — Cross posting content in the appropriate format for these channels.

A short weekly recap. What posted, what worked, what didn't, what we're testing next.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

Canva, CapCut, Buffer or Later, ChatGPT and Claude, Opus Clip or Reap for repurposing, an email platform (Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or similar). Comfort with at least three is expected. Curiosity to pick up the rest is non-negotiable.

WHO YOU ARE

- You post. Natively, regularly, on at least one of Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok. You don't just manage social — you make things.

- You write tight. Short sentences. A point of view. You can hold a voice that isn't yours without flattening it.

- You treat ChatGPT and Claude as thinking partners, not typo-fixers. No content is created or generated by AI but it can be used for ideas and refinement.

- You're drawn to the ideas — negotiation, leadership, personal development, the problem of translating academic work for a public audience. You don't need to be an expert; you need to actually be curious.

- You ship on a schedule without being chased.

- You take feedback well, and a lot of it. Most of what you'll hear is voice-calibration, not criticism.

- You'd rather build a system once than redo the same work twice.

Bonus: experience repurposing podcast or video content; you've worked inside an email platform before; background in marketing, communications, design, or writing.

LOGISTICS

- Effort: 5-8 hrs/week. You set your own schedule against weekly delivery dates.

- Pay: $10-15/hr, 1099 contractor. You'll use your own equipment; AQ Consulting LLC provides access to brand accounts and the weekly source pack. BONUS: we can discuss a bonus based on audience growth

- Duration: 10 weeks to start, with strong potential to continue indefinitely.

- Cadence: one 30-min weekly call plus async approvals within 24 hours.

- Location: fully remote considered for the right person.

- Start: Early to mid-June Nov.

- Required before start: signed Contractor Agreement, mutual NDA, and IP assignment of all work product to AQ Consulting LLC.

I read every cover letter, slowly. I'd rather read one paragraph that could only have been written by you than a full page of clean, careful, anyone-could-have-written-it prose. Specificity over polish. A point of view over a performance.

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Finalists will be invited to a paid 2–3 hour trial project (about $60) — drafting one newsletter and one Instagram carousel from source material I'll provide — reviewed within five business days. Final offer follows.
