Social Media & Artist Promotion Assistant

*About the Role*

We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual to help grow our label’s artists and music across social media. This position is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys discovering trends, and wants to gain hands-on experience in the music industry.

Responsibilities

Help create and schedule promotional posts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Brainstorm creative captions, video concepts, and promotional campaigns for new music.

Identify trending sounds, hashtags, and content styles that fit our artists.

Help promote new releases and turn music videos into engaging short-form content.

Track engagement and suggest ways to grow our audience.

Bring fresh ideas to the table and help build the label’s online presence.

Qualifications

Interest in hip-hop, music marketing, and social media.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Previous music industry experience is not required.
