We’re looking for our next Video Editor here at MADLeadFlow! This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world. As part of our creative team, you’ll have an integral part in creating incredible messaging for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

Do you know how to compile incredible videos that stand out on social media?

Do you have experience in commercial video editing or social media editing?

We’re looking with someone who enjoys spending time getting into all the details of splicing together the perfect content for a large audience.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience editing video ads in a professional or commercial setting
• Hands-on experience with AI video and voice tools, especially Higgsfield and ElevenLabs (Kling, Hedra, Seedance, or Magnific is a plus)
• Able to keep an AI character looking consistent across scenes
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Understanding of what makes an ad work on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• A portfolio that includes AI-generated video ads
• A great attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

These are some of the tasks you can expect on a regular basis as part of the Video Editor role:

• Editing ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. This includes adding music and voiceover, improving sound quality, creating headlines, captions, and graphics, and finding B-Roll footage.
• Editing videos for websites and funnels. This includes adding music, and voiceover, improving sound quality, creating headlines, captions, and graphics, and finding B-Roll footage.
• Willing to make adjustments to videos as needed based on client or company feedback.
• Understanding each client’s brand to produce high-quality videos that capture attention and communicate a clear message.

These are some of the tasks you can expect as part of the AI Video Ad Editor role

• Generating AI scenes, characters, and voiceovers from our scripts
• Editing real human footage for ads, websites, and funnels
• Creating multiple hook variations for each ad so we can test what works best
• Adding captions, sound effects, music, graphics, and on-screen visuals that show the message
